Thai Basil:
It is often referred to as licorice basil for the strong anise flavor it offers. A commonly used herbs in both Asian and western cuisines.
It is rich in antioxidants and has anti-bacterial properties to strengthen your immune system and also aids with digestion.
泰國甘草羅勒:
又稱九層塔或金不換,有強烈的茴香味,是亞洲和西方菜式中的常用香草!
富含抗氧化、防癌、抗病毒的性能,可增強免疫系統;亦有健胃、幫助消化的療效。

Rice Paddy Herb:
It is one of the most popular yet unique herbs found abundantly in flooded and watery areas in Vietnam. Despite the citrus and cumin essence from its stems and small rounded leaves.
It has anti-bacterial and provides relief from fever.
毛翁葉:
越南獨有的香草之一,味道與青檸葉相近,帶有草青的氣味。
具有抗菌解毒的功效,是越南人的常用藥材。

It also known as the “sawtooth herb”. These long slender leaves have strong coriander flavors and have been used as appetite stimulant and digestive aid.
鵝蒂:
又稱「越南芫荽」,香味和芫荽相近,用來調味可提升肉類的鮮味,令湯底層次更加豐富!
具有去濕、解讀和驅風的療效。

Purple Perilla:
This unique herb stands out due to its purple color. It often used in traditional Chinese medicine to ease the symptoms of the common cold, chest stuffiness, vomiting and abdominal pain.
It has anti-bacterial.
紫蘇葉:
在中醫角度,紫蘇的莖、葉和種子均可入藥。
紫蘇葉富含礦物質和維生素,具殺菌抗炎、解表散寒、行氣和胃的療效。
