How to have Fûhn?

1. Take the spoon and have a sip of the broth to experience its original flavor.
2. While the soup is still hot, be sure to soak the different cuts of meat into the broth (especially rare beef)
3. add fresh Vietnamese herbs, lime, bean sprouts, and peppers according to personal preference.
